New Course: Cut the Processed Foods
Goal: This course empowers participants to reduce their reliance on processed foods by introducing simple, practical swaps and strategies for eating cleaner. It aims to improve overall health and energy levels while making the transition to whole foods manageable and enjoyable.
Topics and Themes: Participants will discover what processed foods are, why they can be harmful in excess, and how to identify them on labels (to some extent, as we also have a course focusing on reading nutrition labels in the works). The course will introduce easy swaps, such as replacing packaged snacks with whole alternatives, and strategies for meal prep to save time and money. It will also explore how cleaner eating can positively impact energy, digestion, and long-term health.
