The new Question Library will help you easily manage questions in one central place. This makes it simpler to keep questions consistent and gather helpful insights wherever Flows are used, such as To-Dos, Challenge actions, Program actions, etc.
Key Benefits:
Question Management: Easily create, edit, and update questions in one central location. Any changes you make will automatically update everywhere the question is used.
Easy Integration with Flows: Quickly add questions from your library into Flows. You'll still have all the great branching features you’re used to.
Consistent Questions: When you use a question from your library, it stays the same wherever it appears. You can still add a custom header to give extra context if needed.
Option to Require Answers: Control who can edit questions by assigning the Content Management role, keeping your library secure and organized.
Insights and Reports:
Within Member Admin, review members' past responses and see how answers vary over time.
