New Course: Men's Health: I'm in my 40's
Goal: This course helps men in their 40s take charge of their health with confidence, clarity, and purpose. By focusing on the most important areas of physical and mental wellbeing at this stage of life, participants will learn how to stay strong, energized, and proactive as they move through midlife and beyond.
Topics and Themes: Participants will explore key health topics relevant to men in their 40s, including cardiovascular health, metabolism, hormone changes (like testosterone levels), prostate health, and sleep. The course also touches upon stress, mental health, and how lifestyle habits—such as nutrition, exercise, and alcohol use—play a major role in long-term wellbeing. Actionable strategies help learners build healthy routines, understand what screenings or labs to consider, and communicate more effectively with healthcare providers.
