2025 Platform Rebrand
Bringing Our Brand & Platform Together – Avidon Health’s Evolution
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a seamless and cohesive experience for our clients, we are thrilled to announce that Engagement Rx will officially be rebranded as Avidon. This strategic shift aligns our platform with the Avidon Health name, reducing market confusion and strengthening our identity as a unified leader in digital health and wellness.
This transition is more than just a name change—it reflects our dedication to innovation, clarity, and an enhanced user experience. With a phased rollout ensuring minimal disruption, we will support all clients through this exciting evolution.
Key Dates & Milestones
Phase 1: Awareness (Q1 - Q2 2025)
Client Communication → Announce the rebrand, share transition plans, and provide support resources.
Phase 2: Rebrand Launch (June 16, 2025)
Platform Rebranding → Engagement Rx becomes Avidon across all digital portals.
Visual Identity Refresh → The small footer logo updates to “Powered by Avidon.”
Domain & Email Transition → New URLs and email addresses go live, with auto-forwarding in place until 12/31/25.
Client Resource Center Update → Provide updated materials reflecting the new brand identity.
Phase 3: Transition & Client Support (Q3 - Q4 2025)
Continued Client Support → Work closely with partners to ensure a seamless transition.
Integration Check-ins → Assist clients with any technical adjustments related to the rebrand.
Phase 4: Final Sunset of Legacy Branding (December 31, 2025)
Course Name Adjustments → Remove "(Living...)" suffix from calendar-based courses for clarity and simplicity.
Example: Sleeping Soundly (LivingWellRested) → Sleeping Soundly
Legacy Domain Shutdown → Retire old engagementrx.com and selfhelpworks.com domains.
Brand Identity Fully Integrated → Complete the transition with a unified Avidon Health platform experience.
