New Sign-In Flow

We’re excited to announce a new upcoming feature called Sign-In Flows, a new feature designed to support guided onboarding and targeted member experiences.

What is it?

Sign-In Flows allow you to present a specific flow to members at sign-in. Once set, members will be required to complete the flow before accessing the rest of the site. This ensures critical onboarding steps, educational content, or personalized experiences are delivered at exactly the right time.

Key Capabilities:

Persistent until completed: When a Sign-In Flow is active, it is shown at each login until the member finishes it.
Portal-level default: You can configure a default Sign-In Flow at the Portal level — ideal for onboarding new members.
Member-specific flows: You can assign a Sign-In Flow to an individual member:

• Manually via Member Admin

• Automatically through Automations or within Flows

Example Use Cases:

• Onboarding sequences for new members

• Consent forms or policy updates

• Targeted educational modules for specific segments

• Re-engagement campaigns
