New On-Demand Challenge: Feel the Beat: A 2-Week Heart-Health Challenge

STAGE: Scheduled

In this 14-day on-demand Challenge, participants will take small, intentional steps each day to support heart health and build habits that last. From movement boosts to mindful meals to stress reduction tricks, each daily task is designed to promote easy, simple techniques to that promote cardiovascular health.

Participants will learn some basic science behind heart function, understand how the heart can respond and sometimes even heal through lifestyle changes, and get access to:

  • Educational videos

  • Simple trackers/Reflective prompts and check-ins

  • Bite-sized articles

  • Flows to provide personalization and introspection

By the end of the Challenge, participants will have:

  • Built a toolkit of heart-health habits

  • Learned how to monitor their own heart health

  • Gained confidence in their ability to care for their heart—one beat at a time
