Improvements to note tracking

Currently, notes in the member admin display the date the note was last edited. This is confusing for coaches and provides inaccuracy of when the note was originally recorded. Since the original recorded date often coincides with a coaching session, this can cause confusion and represent an inaccurate record of the date the note was originally recorded.

To improve note tacking, we are making the following changes:

• Engagement Rx will record the date the note was originally created. The created date will now always display as the note date when viewing notes.

• Will we continue to record the last updated date and additionally, we will record who made the last update. If a note was edited, some visual indicator will display showing that the note was edited.

• In addition, a note history will be available showing the historical changes to the note covering a full audit trail of note changes.

With this change, working with notes will better allow your coaches to understand when notes were created and edited.
