Configure the default System of Measurement to use for new members

Engagement Rx supports both metric and standard measurement systems. The measurement system affects the display of data within the weight tracker with more trackers to be supported in the future.

When new members are added, they are currently set to use the standard measurement system. For members living in metric-based countries, they must manually select metric in their member profile or via a flow with the System of Measurement component in order to change from this default.

This enhancement will allow you to configure which measurement system to use as a default for your members, thus simplifying the onboarding process for your members
