We’re excited to announce the addition of new system content this release, including new articles spanning various topics and new flow templates designed to increase engagement.

We’ve also added 35 articles to the system library that were previously accessible only to participants of the Sleeping Soundly (LivingWellRested) course. These articles—referred to in the course as “Daily Z’s”—cover a wide range of sleep related topics.

These flows are designed to both entertain and educate; for instance, participants guess the heathier option between two meal choices (in the Healthy Eating “This or That” flow) and get feedback based on their guess; in the Bodyweight Exercises flow, participants review some of the most foundational bodyweight exercises with images and instructions on how to properly perform them.

All content that has been added this release can be used to engage and empower participants in their pursuit of healthier lives.
