Improved Functionality of the Flows Continue Button

Participants who are progressing through a flow do so one component at a time, prompting the next component by clicking the "Continue" button located at the bottom of the page. Previously, the button remained at the bottom of the page while scrolling; in some cases, this meant that the button would not be visible without scrolling down. We've updated the functionality of the "Continue" button so that it is always fixed at the bottom of the screen and, therefore, always viewable and accessible without needing to scroll.

An update has also been made for tracker components: the "Add" and "Skip" buttons have been replaced with the "Continue" button in an effort to make user experience more intuitive and consistent.
