We are thrilled to announce an upcoming enhancement to our Group Programs feature within Engagement Rx, aimed at improving the structure and management of cohort-based group coaching. This update introduces the ability to associate one or more coaches to specific cohorts, enhancing the coordination and personalization of coaching within our group programs.

Coach-Cohort Association:
Dedicated Coach Assignments: Group program authors will now have the ability to assign specific coaches to individual cohorts within a program. This feature allows for targeted coaching assignments based on the expertise and availability of coaches, ensuring that each cohort is supported by the most suitable coaching team.
Restricted Coach Access:
Program Visibility Based on Association: Coaches will only be able to view and interact with the group programs and specific cohorts to which they are assigned. This focused access ensures that coaches can concentrate on their designated participants without the distraction of unrelated program data, leading to a more organized and efficient coaching environment.
Enhanced Participant Experience:
Visibility of Assigned Coaches: Participants registering for or currently enrolled in a cohort will be able to see which coaches are assigned to their cohort.
