We are pleased to announce upcoming enhancements to content usage tracking within Engagement Rx. To provide our clients with deeper insights into how content is consumed by participants, we are introducing new reporting capabilities that offer both aggregated and individual participant data on content interactions. These enhancements are designed to aid clients in better understanding engagement patterns and refining their content strategies accordingly.

Key Enhancements:

  1. Content Usage Report:

    • Aggregated Data: This new report will aggregate content usage data across all participants within a specified time period, allowing clients to analyze trends and patterns in content consumption. Clients can select their desired date range, and the report will summarize interactions with different types of content such as articles, videos, audios, and PDFs.

    • Insightful Metrics: The report will include total views providing an overview of content usage.

  2. Participant-Specific Content Consumption in Member Admin:

    • Last 90 Days Overview: In the Member Admin section, clients will now be able to view content consumption details for individual participants over the last 90 days. This feature will help coaches and administrators understand the specific content preferences and engagement levels of each participant, enabling tailored support and interventions.

    • Detailed Consumption Data: For each participant, the system will display the types of content accessed and the frequency of interactions giving a granular view of participant behavior.
