Enhanced Call-to-Action Tile Functionality in Participant Portal

We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to the Call-to-Action tile within the participant portal of Engagement Rx. This update expands the functionality of the tile to support a broader range of user engagement scenarios, including custom courses created by clients, thereby enhancing the adaptability and effectiveness of user guidance on the platform.

Key Enhancements:

1. Expanded Support for Course Types:

   • Comprehensive Course Integration: The Call-to-Action tile will now recognize and support all Engagement Rx courses including any custom courses that clients have created. This enhancement ensures that all types of courses are seamlessly integrated, providing a consistent and engaging user experience for all participants.

2. Adaptive User Engagement:

   • Dynamic Content Adaptation: Depending on the participant’s current engagement level and course enrollments, the Call-to-Action tile will dynamically adjust its content. The tile will continue to serve its primary function of guiding users to their next critical action within the platform:

     • New and Unengaged Users: For users who are new or not yet engaged in any course, the tile will prompt them to start the "On-boarding Discover Your Care Path" Flow. This Flow is designed to assess their wellness state and recommend an appropriate course or program.

     • Active Course Participants: Once a user begins any course, the tile will guide them through to completion, encouraging continuous engagement and progression.

This update is designed to enhance the personalized guidance provided to each user, ensuring that the Call-to-Action tile effectively directs them to the most relevant and beneficial activities based on their current engagement and course status.
