We’re excited to introduce the inaugural entry of our new On-Demand Challenge feature: The Sleep Reset: Rhythm & Snooze personal challenge.

The Sleep Reset: Rhythm & Snooze is a 2-week challenge designed to help participants realign their circadian rhythm for more restorative sleep. Structured in two weekly phases, it combines habit tracking, light education, and actionable tasks focused on wake time consistency, light exposure, screen reduction, and personalized reflection, all in pursuit of forming and solidifying a sleep-wake system that supports consistent, restorative sleep.

This challenge, as it will be with all on-demand challenges, can be initiated and experienced by the individual participant, whenever they choose.
