New Goal Component in Flows, Updates to the Content Library
This release brings two significant updates to the Avidon platform, enhancing participant engagement and enriching our content offerings. First, we’ve introduced a new goal component in flows, allowing participants to set personal, custom-made goals. Second, we’ve expanded the System Content Library with a new “Women's Health” category under the overarching “General Health” section and have added three new articles related to menopause.

...And the introduction of a new "Goals Flow Template"
We’re excited to unveil the new goal component that allows participants to create custom goals from within flows. This dynamic enhancement is an addition to the already-existing ability which allows participants to choose from a list of pre-made goals, fostering greater participant involvement in identifying (and ultimately achieving) their health and lifestyle objectives.
Key Features
Custom Goal Creation: Participants can choose to either craft personalized goals or select from pre-defined options.
Goal Type Customization: Admins or coaches can set goal-prompts as either short- or long-term, tailoring them to the specific context of the flow.
Instant Dashboard Integration: Any goal set within a flow is immediately added to the goals tile on the member dashboard, ensuring it is easily referenced and trackable.
Outline of the New Goals Template
We’ve created a "Short-Term Nutrition Goal" template flow for quick use and to demonstrate the feature's potential. The flow presents a prompt for the participant to select a short-term nutrition goal and includes the following options:
Increase Daily Vegetable Intake – Eat at least five servings of vegetables each day.
Reduce Sugar Consumption – Limit added sugars to less than 25 grams daily.
Get More Whole Grains – Replace refined grains with whole grains in at least two meals per day.
Hydration – Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water daily.
I want to create a goal for myself! – Create your own unique goal.
Selecting one of the pre-defined options automatically adds the goal to their record and dashboard, while the custom goal option redirects participants to a goal creation interface using the new goal component; after creating their custom goal, this will appear on their dashboard just like a pre-defined one would.

Addition of a "Women's Health" Category in Library

Our content library continues to expand in both categorical structure and wealth: A new "Women's Health" category has been introduced under the "General Health" section and three new articles have been uploaded into it.
Highlights
The new category consolidates all women's health content except for pregnancy-related materials, which remain in the "Welcoming Baby" category.
