New Courses, Content, and an On-Demand Challenge

AUTHOR: The Avidon Health team

May is here, and with it comes a fresh batch of content designed to meet your members where they are—whether that’s under the sun (or preparing to be as summer approaches), on the night shift, or contemplating that third cup of coffee. This release introduces two new courses, a brand-new On-Demand Challenge, and new content in the System Library—all focused on empowering healthier habits by challenging old assumptions and routines in everyday life.

A New On-Demand Challenge: Buzz Break! The Caffeine Cutback Challenge

Our newest On-Demand Challenge invites participants to take a closer look at their relationship with caffeine. Buzz Break is a flexible, self-paced experience where users track their caffeine habits, explore how it affects their body and energy, and decide—on their own terms—whether and how they want to cut back.

Blending interactive tools like custom trackers with engaging content (including videos, flows, and articles), this Challenge offers a judgment-free path toward better sleep, fewer crashes, and more consistent energy. It’s not necessarily about quitting coffee—it’s about building awareness on its effects and using it with intention.

For portals with the Challenge Autopilot enabled, Buzz Break (like all On-Demand Challenges) is available whenever the member wants to start. Clients who do not have Autopilot turned on can turn on this On-Demand Challenge using the Buzz Break template in their portal admin settings.
