New Body Fat Tracker, Automation Actions and Content Library Additions

Body Fat Tracker

With this release we continue to add support for tracking health metrics that matter most.

In tandem with tracking weight, the body fat tracker provides members with a more detailed description of their body composition. Over time, members may lose weight but gain muscle, for instance, and the body fat tracker provides a key 2nd dimension to tracking weight alone.

Tracking body fat can help members understand how their body composition is changing over time, which can be a more accurate measure of progress than just tracking weight alone. Tracking body fat can also help members set realistic goals. By understanding their current body fat percentage, members can set achievable goals for reducing body fat and improving overall health.

SMS Coaching Reminders

With our new Automations support for YouCanBook.me Booking Reminder events, you can trigger any Automation action in two simple steps:  

  1. In your YouCanBook.me booking profile, configure a booking reminder X minutes/hours/days before a coaching session is scheduled including a call to a new booking reminder Engagement Rx API method.

  2. Configure an Automation in your account to trigger when the new Booking Reminder event occurs

This enhancement provides coaching teams with the ability to create automation actions that trigger when booking reminder events occur.  For example, send an SMS to a participant to remind them about an upcoming session.

NOTE: Booking details are not available in Automation actions and generic messages are recommended.  For example:   "Reminder, your initial coaching session is in 15 minutes"

New Automation Actions for Setting Custom Fields

Engagement Rx's custom data fields are a powerful tool that can help you streamline your data management and improve your customer experience. With this feature, you can create custom data fields and associate specific data with your members. This data can then be used for reporting purposes or to provide custom experiences for your members based on the content of those fields.

With this release we've expanded upon the ability to collect and associate custom field data with your members. By adding the 'Set Custom Field' automation components within flows, or automations, you now have the ability to automatically assign values to custom fields based upon user interaction or system events. This new capability greatly improves upon the existing custom fields feature by creating even more possibilities to understand and connect with your members.
