Now, you can add replacement tags not only in message templates, but also in 'Question Headers' and 'Page Content' within Flows. This means you can effortlessly customize and personalize the information and context provided to your users, driving better engagement and understanding.

In addition to this, we're introducing a new replacement tag - 'Portal Home Page.' This dynamic tag can automatically insert a link to a user's associated portal home page, providing a seamless connection back to their personalized wellness journey.

With these enhancements, crafting personalized, intuitive, and engaging experiences for your users has never been easier.

Even More Flexibility with the Flows Redirect Component

We're excited to introduce new enhancements to our (version 2) Flows' Redirect component, giving you even more control over your user's journey.

• Redirect to Portal Home Page - You can choose to redirect users to the portal Home Page, perfect for encouraging registration or login after an engagement sequence.

• Redirect to Another Flow - For a more personalized experience, redirect users to a different Flow based on their individual needs or responses. For instance, a user identified as diabetic during the initial Flow could be seamlessly redirected to a diabetes-specific Flow.

• Redirect Within the Same Browser Window - When using the Redirect component, you will now have the option to redirect the user within the same browser window or a new browser window allowing you more control over your user experience.

These updates provide you with greater flexibility to customize and optimize the user journey, delivering a more effective and personalized experience for your users.
