The product team is excited to announce the latest updates to Engagement Rx! There has been a lot going on behind the scenes that we are eager to tell you about.

We added a new report to give you a better understanding of appointment details. This will help give you more information around appointment activity like pending, completed, cancelled, and missed appointments.

We’ve also been working on 8 new courses that cover several Cognitive Behavioral Training (CBT) methodologies to help people understand how their brain works and how this influences behavior change. Topics include how to create habits, break habits, build confidence, ways to train the brain, and the role of self-talk, just to name a few. These courses will help people get a better understanding of their own personal habits, and how they can make changes that will stick long-term.
