Introducing the On-Demand Sleep Reset Challenge: Rhythm & Snooze
On-Demand Challenges are optional challenges in the member portal that members can do whenever they want, and we’re excited to launch the first of what will be many: Sleep Reset Challenge: Rhythm & Snooze. This 2-week experience is designed to help participants reset their internal clocks and build habits that support more restful, consistent sleep.
Structured in two focused phases, the challenge blends simple daily tasks around key themes like wake-time consistency, light exposure, screen reduction, and personal reflection. Participants will use the sleep tracker to build awareness of their patterns and learn how anchoring their wake time can help realign their body’s natural rhythm.
Available anytime, this on-demand challenge empowers users to take control of their sleep on their own schedule. And this is just the beginning—look out for at least one new challenge in every upcoming release.
