Increased Visibility in Coach Bookings Management

Managing participant bookings is now easier than ever. With the latest update, you can view detailed booking information directly within the participant records. This includes:

• Booking History: Access a complete history of participant bookings.

• Booking Details: View specific information such as the date, time, and notes related to each booking.

• Management Actions: Mark bookings as complete, missed, or canceled, directly within the admin interface.

These improvements ensure that all booking-related data is centralized, making it easier to keep track of your participants’ progress and interactions.

Expansions to Course Management Options

The Course Management tab has been enhanced to include a comprehensive view of all courses available in Engagement Rx, whether calendar-driven or standard courses. These updates provide greater flexibility and insight into each participant’s learning journey. Key features include:

• Course Overview: See when a course was started and track participant progress.

• Detailed Course Information: Expand course listings to reveal summaries, course length, and session titles.

• Course Reset Option: Coaches now have the ability to reset courses for participants, enabling repeated session viewings when necessary.

Enhanced Goals and Automation Tabs

We’ve improved the user experience (UX) in managing participant goals and automations...

Streamlined Goals Tab

Goals are now presented with clear text, completion-status icons, and additional details in an optional expanded view, including assignment date, type, and associated keywords.

Improved Automations Tab

The automations section now offers a detailed, categorized view of in-progress and completed notifications. Essential details such as start and completion dates, next steps, and a clickable option to view the entire automation are easily accessible.
